Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Rivermark Corner Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
