Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sable Staffing Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
