Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit West Care Services supports families and individuals in Philadelphia with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
