Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
