Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Telecom and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
