Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Solutions is a law firm in Philadelphia serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
