Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group provides legal services in Orlando across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
