Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Ember Water Authority is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 992 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs.
