Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Fernwood Beacon Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Orlando, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 757 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
