Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Wren Energy is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
