Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Beacon Community Partners Group is a Orlando charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
