Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
