Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Westbrook River Property Management looks after rental homes across the Orlando area. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
