Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Lumen Junction Financial serves customers across Orlando with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
