Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Quill Health and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 176 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
