Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cross Banking Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
