Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
