Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Orlando, FL)

Bright Yarrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Orlando with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
