Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Nova Rowan Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
