Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Fox Construction is a Oklahoma City contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 974 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
