Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen North Insurance is an insurance company in Oklahoma City with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on premium billing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
