Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge River Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
