Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Stonegate Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oklahoma City caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
