Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Cedar Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
