Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Vale Community Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
