Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oakland, CA)

Summit Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around Oakland, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. • Python or R for analysis.
