Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (New Orleans, LA)

Fernwood Logistics runs classrooms and tutoring across the New Orleans area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 560 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school calendars and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
