Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Granite Staffing Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
