Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Amber Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
