Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Beacon Staffing places workers with employers around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on candidate screening. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
