Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Arts Center and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
