Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Rowan Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
