Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

Bright Ridge Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Miami. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
