Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

Nova North Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Memphis, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on promotions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
