Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

Foxglove Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Memphis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
