Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Telecom Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
