Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cobalt Pharma Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
