Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

Cedar Yarrow Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in field inspections and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on test reports.
