Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Summit Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Little Rock, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
