Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
