Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group is a Little Rock property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
