Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
