Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Drift Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
