Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Northwind Meridian Foods Associates is a Las Vegas food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
