Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Rook Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
