Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Harborlight Meridian Legal Group Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
