Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on warranty claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
