Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath Ridge Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
