Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Amberfield Bridge Arts Center is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on event logistics. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
