Senior Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
